For a listing ad we require:
Your company's contact details and areas in which you do business, this is then dropped into our set format templates to create the ad.

For a half page ad we require:
A 150-180 word bio on your company (.doc or .txt file) as well as a hi-res (300dpi) copy of your logo (.jpg, .tif or .eps file) This is then dropped into our set-format templates to create your ad.

For a full page ad we require:
A 300-400 word bio on your company (.doc or .txt file) as well as a hi-res (300dpi) copy of your logo (.jpg, .tif or .eps file) This is then dropped into our set-format templates to create your ad.

For a colour index ad we require finished artwork to dimensions:
Trim size
165mm wide x 235 mm deep
NO TEXT to appear 13mm to left or right of trim as this is to allow for holes punched in spine for spiral binding.

Bleed size
5 mm bleed all round
185 mm wide x 245 mm deep

For a Divider ad we require finished artwork to dimensions:
Trim size
175mm wide (INCLUDING 10mm tab on the left) x 235 mm deep
NO TEXT to appear 10mm from the left of trim and at least 13mm from the right of trim. This is to allow for holes punched in spine for spiral binding and the tab which is cut through part way down its length.

Bleed size
5 mm bleed all round
185 mm wide x 245 mm deep

Artwork is to be supplied as a collected Indesign file on CD with 300dpi CMYK images and fonts or as a hi-res CMYK PDF.
